These guys did an excellent job repairing my bumper after a fender bender. The process couldn’t have been more hassle free. They took care of everything from working with the insurance to coordinating with the nearby dealership to get sensors recalibrated. They were able to get OEM parts too. They are pricey and it took a few more days than I’d have liked to get the job done but it was worth it because they did such a thorough job. They are experienced in and knowledgeable about working with different insurance companies, and they do quality work. Car came out looking good as new and nice and clean. Staff were also very professional and courteous.

Amazing service from start to finish. Brian and the team at Total Care explained in detail every step of the way what was going on. I had never been in an accident before so I had no idea how things went. Everyone was always so nice in explaining things so I understood what was/would happen. They coordinated directly with the insurance company and even sorted rental pick up and drop off to make it that much more convenient. Unfortunately my insurance claimed it as a total loss so the car was never repaired but I believe it would have looked amazing and I would take my car back there for body work.

They worked well with my insurance company and the appraisers. They told me approximately how long it was going to take to fix my car and when I could expect to have it back. I actually had it back three days before they had figured, so that was a definite plus. Working with Brian was a pleasure. He made, what to me was a horrible experience, easy. I didn’t have to worry about anything with Total Care, they broke down costs, called the rental car company and dealt with insurance. I dropped my car off, picked it up and they took care of the rest.

I highly recommend! Brian made this process so easy. My Durango went in for a repair from a car accident but ended up being totaled. The insurance company offered me “x” and when I told Brian he had me covered! After pulling comps in the area and even printing them out for me…. I was able to show that to my insurance company. With that they gave me WAY more than the initial offer. From helping me with a rental car to helping me with the insurance company this place does it all. I appreciate the time they took to help me through this process.

Excellent experience! This is the second time I've used Total Care for an accident repair. My daughter was involved in an accident so I didn't hesitate to have them repair her 2017 Subaru Outback. The service I received was just as good as the first time I used them for my Forester. They excel at customer service. Once I dropped of the car, they took care of everything needed to get my car repaired. They kept me updated on all developments. I can't say enough good things about their repair shop. Finding Total Care Accident Repair was the best Google search result EVER! My car was scraped in a parking lot and unfortunately hit four different panels so another repair shop quoted $4000 whether or not my insurance paid or I paid. Total Care accident repair makes it possible to have a very good (not perfect but still amazing) repair and save thousands of dollars! This was the kind of service I was hoping for, but other car repair shops did not offer. The express repair service by far exceeded any expectation I had and saved me $4000. Even more surprising, and a testament of the exceptional, ethical service provided by Total Care is that the final bill was half of what the initial quote was to repair my car! I cannot recommend Total Care Accident repair and Brian from the Raynham shop highly enough.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this place. I had an accident on 12/9 in which my car was hit by a drunk driver while legally parked on a side street. As I have taken my cars to Mastria to be serviced, I contacted their collision line for guidance as I was having numerous issues with the at-fault insurance company. Pedro, Brian and Evelyn were my support system throughout this 4 week ordeal for a settlement. They set up the tow to pick it up and even contacted the insurance adjuster to have them cancel theirs. Pedro had also warned me that the adjuster would call me in an effort to convince me not to have it sent there. They made sure to communicate every single detail and update. They also gave me several moments to vent and offered sound advise on how to proceed. I highly recommend this place. They are very caring individuals who are personable and extremely knowledgeable with how to navigate difficult pathways when dealing with situations such as mine. While I always refer to them when choosing a provider , I don’t often leave online reviews. Like most people, I guess, I only take the time if the service and quality was terrible or if they really knocked it out of the park. My experience with Total Care was definitely a home run. We chose them primarily because they were factory certified by our trucks manufacturer and given that the vehicle was less than a year old, we wanted the highest quality repair. Total Care delivered on their promise to make the truck look “awesome”. The repair, while not extensive, did involve cutting an entire large body panel off and replacing it. I was a little terrified that the truck would look like one of those cars we’ve all seen, where the color of one door or fender just isn’t quite perfect. Not this time. It’s flawless. No way to tell it was repaired at all. The job was completed earlier than promised, Brett called me every couple days with updates, and they took care of all the red tape with the insurer. If I had any criticism, it would be that I felt like their business model is to pad the bill a little to wring every dollar out of the insurance company by adding extra labor charges to the bill, or replacing moldings, hardware etc. that could be reused. $37 for a fuel cap. Insurance is a scam anyway so I’m glad to see someone benefit from the premiums I pay. I’d be angry if I was paying out of pocket and wasn’t responsible for only my deductible.

Initially I went to a couple body shops , searching for the right one where the truck is brand new and being lightly seasoned dealing with situations like this.Finally came across total car care , and immediately came off as professional and continued to do so thru the 3 wks they had my truck. Got it back and they did an excellent job , I did notice two things and the owners agreed to take care of it.Very shocked at this point. So let me start off with that I’ve never been in an accident before and I ended up hitting a deer. Nothing too major but I had no idea where to even start. I did some research and Total Care seemed like the best option especially because they work with Mastria and that’s where I bought my car. I called and talked to Brett who literally took 10-15 minutes on the phone and explained every last detail of how it works and answered every one of my questions.I dropped my car off and again he walked me through everything. Walked around the car to go over it all and I was on my way. Some parts took awhile to come in (no fault of their own. Covid backed up everything) but Brett was always keeping me in the loop to the status of my car. When he said he thought it would be done, boom that exact day he called and said it was all set. Went there and again, he went through every single thing they did and why. They leave no stone unturned and I’ve honestly never had better customer service from ANYWHERE. Most importantly my car came out PERFECT. They fixed everything and looks like the day I bought it. I can not recommend Brett and the guys enough from Total Care. This business is phenomenal! The friendliest and best service you could ask for. After having an accident I decided to use TCAR because my insurance company guaranteed their work and that I wouldn't have any additional cost if I did. The initial estimate was $1500. After taking it to TCAR they found $4300 worth of damage and repaired everything. They explained all the damage and gave a very detailed breakdown of the repair and costs. I would HIGHLY recommend them. They even gave me a ride back to my house after I dropped the car off. This is by far the most thorough, professional and friendliest repair shop I have ever come across.Do yourself a favor and use these guys the next time you need a repair.

I am so unbelievably impressed with Total Care Accident Repair, located in Raynham, MA. I wanted a free estimate on how much it would cost to do body work on a 1995 Isuzu Trooper. The rear quarter panel of the vehicle, including the gas cover, bumper, and rear lights were all in tough shape -- bent, banged in, jammed, broken, and/or hanging off due to an accident that occurred in New England’s last blizzard. I found Total Care via the google search engine and I initially chose it because it was nearby to where I lived. Now, however, I would choose it not just on that reason alone, but because of the honesty, professionalism, and quality of care I received.

In the middle of the night, I initially made contact with the business through their convenient website which allowed me to send them a message to describe my problem in order to schedule an appointment. To my pleasant surprise, I received a phone call from a friendly professional just hours later AND immediately after the business opened for the day. I honestly figured it would take a few days to get a call, especially during a holiday week, so I was really impressed by this. We reviewed the damage briefly over the phone and they were extremely flexible in scheduling the date and time for the appointment for my free estimate.

I arrived to the appointment late and no one there made me feel bad about that. They welcomed my 4 year-old daughter and I with smiles and even offered my daughter a juice box from their fridge (talk about catering to kids too!). My car was then assessed and I was informed that the cost to replace the damaged quarter panel would be over $4K and therefore, my car was totaled in that my car is probably not worth over $1K. Instead of trying to sell me on why I should get the repairs done, they instead tried to figure out a creative, practical solution to the problems at hand. For sure, these guys were experienced and talented in that they were able to think outside the box on each and every issue. Not only this, they immediately started working on these solutions and it was now near dusk and the business was almost closed for the day. Talk about great customer service!!! For example, one large problem I had was that the gas cover was so badly banged in that I could not get it open in order to get gas into the car. They immediately identified a solution and resolved this problem among several others. Since it was now dark, they asked if I could bring the car in the next day so that they could do a few more things to ensure that the car was functional and safe to drive.

As if I am not already delighted and beyond thrilled with their service, I was met with yet another surprise the next day in that after they put the finishing touches on their work, they did not ask for or want any money for ANY of the work they did on the car. It truly is unbelievable!!! I am still trying to figure out if I am in a good dream and have not woken up yet! Not only is this business both honest and responsive, they obviously have hearts and are more than generous. We could not be more appreciative of this given our financial situation. The father of my child was unemployed for a year and 1/2, just got a job in August, and just the day before my first appointment with Total Care, he got laid off. With the timing of all this and with the accident that just happened the weekend prior, we are so extremely thankful for this extremely generous gift.

If you are looking for an honest business who is looking out for your best interests and who you can completely trust, then you have found the right place. We are very impressed with the professionalism, responsiveness, integrity, high level of expertise, quality and timeliness of the work performed at Total Care -- and obviously the price could absolutely not be beaten. I have gone to Total Care twice becasue they did a phenomenal job repaeiring my car the first time around. Originally, I had some minor damaged caused by a driveway incident. They did a great job on the repairs. I I had made it clear that I was very concerned about the quality of the work to performed. I am very meticulous about things like that. Call me a perfectionist. I had seen a lot of cars on the road that simply screamed "I've been painted". I didn't want that to be my car. I had a tri-coat white pearl paint job and didn't think that it would be possible to repair it properly. Brain assured me that due to their assembly line process all would be good. They actually take the car apart completely so that there are no tape lines, and no metal left un painted, which reduces the chance of corrosion later on. They have a small team for each portion of the repair. One gtoup that takes it apart, one that does mechanical repairs, one that does the paiting, and then another that re-assembles. They actually do all of the body work for most of the new-car dealerships on Rt 44 and that's how I heard about them. They did a great job of trimming the aftermarket grill my insurance provided to fit the front of the car perfectly. I was so please with their work tha5t a couple months later when I got into an accident and all the work they did got ruined, I brought it straight back to them, even though I had moved out of state. They were even nice enough to take some touch up paint to some un-related nicks and dings they found around the car, so now my car looks better than it did when I bought it. (I bought it used). I only have a 2009 Mazda3, but I feel as though they treated my like the owner of a Mercedes.

Also, they put up with my mom, who was extremely rude to Jack when she came to pay for the original repair (she had hit my car in the driveway and was trying to pick apart their work to bring the bill down). They were very polite with her despite her rudeness and I was very impressed.
